Inventory Control Tweaks
A mod that significantly improves inventory management in Minecraft, adding numerous useful features for more convenient item handling.
Main Features
Quick Armor Swapping
Allows instant swapping of equipped armor with what you're holding in your hand. Simply right-click and the armor will automatically switch places. This feature is especially useful when you need to quickly change gear during combat or switch to elytra while flying.
Enhanced Block Picking
When using the middle mouse button to pick blocks, the mod offers additional options. If you already have the same block in your hand, your stack will automatically refill from your inventory. You can also configure it so your selected hotbar slot never changes when picking blocks.
Advanced Dragging Features
Now you can drag not only individual stacks but all similar items simultaneously. Hold a specific key and drag one item - all similar ones will move with it. This works both between inventories and for throwing items away.
Offhand Improvements
Shift-clicking on food automatically moves it to your offhand. You can also configure a list of items that should always go to your offhand when shift-clicked, such as shields, fireworks, or totems.
Configuration and Compatibility
The mod supports configuration through Cloth Config and Mod Menu, but they're not required. All features work by default. There's support for multiple languages through the SSS Translate system.
Compatible with Fabric and Quilt, works in single player and on the client in multiplayer. Some features may require the mod to be installed on the server in certain Minecraft versions.
Compatibility with Other Mods
- Pick Block Pro: Full integration, some ICT features are replaced by PBP's more advanced capabilities
- Item Scroller: Partial compatibility - shift-click features may not work
All other features of both mods continue to function normally.
