Item repair
The Item repair mod provides players with the ability to automatically restore the durability of tools and armor without requiring active participation.
Main Features
The system includes three special items that are placed in accessory slots. Two of them provide slow repair, while the third offers accelerated repair.
Starting from version 0.0.5, parameter configuration is available through a configuration file. Version 0.0.7 added two new features, fixes, and a command to reload the configuration without restarting the game.
Item Creation
The first two items - the ring of repair and repair talisman - are combined through crafting to create the final repair necklace.
Compatibility
For the NeoForge version, a mod similar to Curios is required, such as:
- Accessories with the Curios Compat Layer
- Curios-Continuation
- Adorned
All listed options have been successfully tested. The Fabric version requires the Trinkets mod.
Version Features
Fabric version 0.0.7 no longer requires owo lib. Currently, ModMenu is not working until compatibility is fixed. Fabric versions 0.0.5 and 0.0.6 require owo lib for configuration file operation. The Forge version requires Ohmega.
New Functions
- Repairing items directly from the player's inventory
- Repairing items in chests near the player
Configuration Settings
The configuration file allows adapting the mod to personal preferences:
- Setting up repair from the player's inventory
- Enabling repair of items in nearby chests
- Adjusting the distance for repairing items in chests
The mod is inspired by the repair talisman from Project E and can be freely used in modpacks.
