A library mod that enables control over how players interact with items through skill-based restrictions created in KubeJS scripts. Functionally, it resembles Item Stages.

Core Features
The mod closely integrates with Player Skills by creating and utilizing skill-based restrictions. By default, it can restrict the ability to equip items, keep them in inventory, craft them, display them in JEI or REI, and identify them in tooltips. It's important to note that this does not affect interactions with already placed items (for example, a bed placed in the world will remain accessible to a player who cannot craft it). For such functionality, there is an additional mod called Block Skills.
When using with JEI or REI, it's recommended to disable the vanilla recipe book because restricted items may appear there despite being uncraftable. This mod does not remove the recipes themselves, but only restricts the crafting result when a player attempts to create an item and hides the recipes in JEI/REI.
Operational Details
Integration with JEI does not remove recipes related to the unconsumable flag. It hides recipes when right-clicking on the ingredient, but does not remove the recipe itself — only the unproducible flag does that. Thus, an experienced player can view the recipe for creating an item, then right-click on the created item to see in which recipes it can be used.
