ItemConverter

The ItemConverter modification fundamentally changes the approach to inventory management and crafting process, offering powerful tools for item conversion.

Intelligent Item Conversion

Select any item in the inventory and press a special key - a convenient conversion interface will open. This window displays available item slots according to rules defined in data packs. The system supports conversions with various ratio coefficients.

All conversion rules are fully customizable through data packs, providing maximum flexibility for both pack developers and regular players.

Automatic Conversion by Click

Aim at a block and press the middle mouse button - the system will automatically scan your inventory, find suitable rules and instantly convert the block.

Working with Data Packs

The mod uses data packs to define conversion rules and supports two types of JSON files:

• item_converter/rules - contains specific conversion rules with input and output items, as well as conversion coefficients
• item_converter/rule_generator - automatically generates conversion rules based on existing recipes, significantly simplifying setup

Generation Command

To automatically create conversion rules from the generator, use the command:

/item_converter generate [generator]
