Lava Chicken Boss
Boss Mechanics
The world of Minecraft gains a formidable adversary - the Lava Chicken Boss. This powerful enemy appears with a 3% chance when any regular chicken burns in lava. The battle with it represents a real challenge even for experienced players.
The boss possesses various attacks that change depending on the distance to the player. If you keep your distance, the Lava Chicken summons meteors from the sky. In close combat, it calls helper minions of two types:
- Melee - attacks at close range
- Wizard - shoots fire projectiles and can heal other minions (but not the boss itself)
Sometimes minions appear in a ferocious form with enhanced characteristics. All helpers instantly die upon contact with water, although the boss itself is currently invulnerable to water.
The battle is accompanied by unique spawn and death animations for the boss, which will be improved in future updates. After victory, the player receives a configurable reward.
Future Plans
The developers plan to expand the mod's functionality:
- Adding more settings to the configuration file
- Special music during the boss battle
- New types of minions
- Additional attacks and improved boss movement in the world
- Trophy system rework
- Unique music disc that can be obtained after defeating the boss
