Lazy Utilities
Introduction to the Element System
The Lazy Utilities mod is a multifunctional toolkit that combines several subsystems into a single package. The main feature is the implementation of a complex element system with unique characteristics and interactions.
Element System Activation
The element system is initially disabled to ensure operational stability. Activation is performed through special commands but requires careful approach - incorrect configuration can affect performance.
Element Management via Commands
Basic Management Commands:
/lazy-utilities gamerules elements - basic rules configuration:
insolatedEnvironmentFromElements- disables isolation of the element tracking system. When deactivated, monitoring of all entities in the world begins with data preservation even after unloadinginsolatedReactionsMatrix- allows interaction between different elements, causing chemical reactions
/lazy-utilities engine elements - automation management:
auto-environment- automatic environment settings managementauto-reactions- reaction system automation
/lazy-utilities elements (damage) (type) - dealing elemental damage considering their unique characteristics
Element Characteristics
Basic Effects:
- Pyro - deals fire damage
- Hydro - standard water element
- Geo - earth element
- Cryo - reduces movement speed by 15%
- Electro - electrical element
Damage Types:
- Pyro - damage increases proportionally to target's low resistance
- Hydro - standard damage reduced by resistance
- Geo - damage depends on target's position: +25% in air, -25% on ground
- Cryo - damage increases up to 50% of target's maximum health
- Electro - damage enhances up to 50% with high target resistance
Element Tracking System
Activated only with disabled environment isolation:
- Hydro - swimming, being in water, rain, water-based potions
- Pyro - lava, magma blocks, hostile mob attacks, burning
- Geo - prolonged stay in desert, underground, suffocation in blocks
- Electro - lightning strike
- Cryo - snowstorms, frozen biomes, high altitude, powder snow
Element Chemical Reactions
Pyro-based Reactions:
- Pyro + Hydro → Vaporized - instant hydro-damage, hydro-status application
- Pyro + Geo → Burn - periodic pyro-damage, pyro-element retention
- Pyro + Cryo → Melted - instant cryo-damage +35% damage bonus
- Pyro + Electro → Overload - explosion with electro-damage in area
Hydro-based Reactions:
- Hydro + Pyro → Vaporized - instant pyro-damage +25%
- Hydro + Geo → Rooted - speed reduction, +35% geo-damage
- Hydro + Cryo → Frozen - immobilization, damage up to 40% of health
- Hydro + Electro → Electrocharged - continuous electro-damage
Geo-based Reactions:
- Geo + Pyro → Burn - pyro-damage +15%
- Geo + Hydro → Rooted - speed reduction, +35% geo-damage
- Geo + Cryo → Cold - continuous cryo-damage
- Geo + Electro → Conductor +30% electro-damage, 10% lightning strike chance
Cryo-based Reactions:
- Cryo + Pyro → Melt - instant pyro-damage
- Cryo + Hydro → Frozen - immobilization, damage based on maximum health
- Cryo + Geo → Cold - continuous cryo-damage
- Cryo + Electro → Superconductor - 20% resistance reduction
Electro-based Reactions:
- Electro + Pyro → Overload - explosion with electro-damage
- Electro + Hydro → Electrocharged - continuous electro-damage
- Electro + Geo → Conductor +30% electro-damage, lightning strike chance
- Electro + Cryo → Superconductor - resistance reduction or +10% physical damage
Epic Fight Utilities
Additional module provides compatibility with Epic Fight mod, creating necessary folders and dynamic resource pack. The system automatically generates directory structure and provides tools for content management.
Management Commands:
/lazy-utilities epicfight-utilities addons:
build- restart for reading new fileslist- display of detected files with status informationrebuild- complete reload with cache clearance
/lazy-utilities epicfight-utilities clear:
cache- cache files clearanceresourcepack- resource pack files deletionboth- comprehensive cleanup
Additional Features
The Save My Assets module is preparing to implement resource saving function for server use, expanding distributed content capabilities.
