LDoH Re-Tweaked: The Last of You Edition

This modification is specifically designed for my new modpack "The last of you". Using it outside this pack is not recommended due to very sensitive settings! However, you are welcome to use this mod in any other project, but note that configuration files are not currently provided (loot table settings will never be available, sorry). If you encounter issues with the mod, you can report them in the "Issues" tab!

You can review the original feature list of LDoH Tweaks via the link below, and here are the changes introduced in the reworked version:

Removed Elements

  • Dependency and settings for "MyCrayfish Gun Mod" have been removed, meaning all items previously added for Mr Crayfish's Gun Mod (placeable turret and incendiary ammo) are eliminated. Instead, support for Vic's Modern Warfare mod has been added. Now, crates in the safehouse will contain 9x19mm bullets from VMW instead of Crayfish bullets!
  • The Apocalypse event from the original mod has been removed. It will not return, please do not request it. Remember, this mod is primarily adjusted for scalability and longevity reasons! Instead, Bloodmoons/events from various other mods (7 Days to Die, Bloodmoon, though this is not a dependency of this specific mod, so it's not required) are utilized.
  • Tweaks and dependency for "Ultimate Car Mod" have been removed, which only added a furnace fuel type and made mechanic zombies hold wrenches from that mod (they now hold wrenches from 7 Days to Mine).
  • Tweaks and dependency for "Buildcraft" have been removed, which made zombies hold BC wrenches (they now hold wrenches from 7 Days to Mine).

Changes

  • Added support for more biomes for safehouse generation. Specifically, the "Wasteland" variants from Biome's O Plenty. An experimental check is also in place to ensure the safehouse does not generate in the ocean (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, please do not create issues about it for now).
  • The interior of the safehouse has been slightly redecorated. Chairs inside have been replaced with Iron Age Furniture. The crafting table has been replaced with the crafting station from 7 Days to Mine. The iron door outside has been replaced with the Rusty 3x3 Door from MalisisDoors.
  • Hordes spawned during world generation are now gated based on the world's age (i.e., how many days have passed). The specific stages are kept secret :) Know that they reach the toughest limits around 100-200 days (currently only up to 35 days is added, I am working on a highly scalable system to focus on long-term gameplay rather than just 100 days).
  • Added more zombie attribute buffs based on biomes (this means husks no longer have the speed boost they used to). Instead, their buffs change drastically depending on the biome they spawn in! Over time, this feature will be removed, and the modpack will use a different mod like InControl/MobPropertRandomness. These will not become dependencies of this mod, so don't worry!

More changes are coming! Such as new zombie variants (currently only the original fireman, healer, and crawler), support for other mods (e.g., preventing spawns inside Lost Cities cities and other various structures from structure mods).
