After more than two years of development, Left 2 Mine is finally here!
Left 2 Mine is a comprehensive overhaul mod that enables players to create, share, and play maps in the "Left 4 Dead" style directly in Minecraft!

Important: This mod is designed for playing and creating adventure maps. It does nothing on its own without a map.
Key Features
Built for Multiplayer — Designed from the ground up as a cooperative multiplayer experience!
Fully Functional AI Director — To fully capture the Left 4 Dead atmosphere, the mod uses an intelligent AI Director system that controls the game's progression. This allows replaying maps and getting a unique experience every time!
Custom Pathfinding — Using the A* algorithm, the AI Director sends only zombies that can reach you, maintaining game dynamics and freshness!
Numerous Weapons, Zombies, and Special Infected — Currently, the mod includes special infected from Left 4 Dead 1, but more are coming soon, along with original special infected!
2 Game Modes — The mod includes survival mode and cooperative campaign. Create small survival maps or extensive campaigns!
Ragdoll Physics and Blood — Killing zombies has never been more satisfying! (Fully configurable!)
Map Creation Tools and Commands — Want to trap players in a large room and spawn 8 tanks? You can do it using commands to control the AI Director!
Music plays a crucial role in Left 2 Mine as it helps understand what's happening. For the best experience, play with music enabled!

Or download the example map HERE.
Since the mod is brand new, there aren't many maps to play without creating your own. If you create your own map, contact me, and I'll feature it on the official maps page!
You are free to use this mod in modpacks. For example, to bundle the mod with a map you've created.
