Legendary Tooltips
Have you ever felt that standard item tooltips in Minecraft look too plain? The Legendary Tooltips mod completely changes this situation!

This mod allows you to completely transform the appearance of pop-up tooltips for items of your choice, turning them into true works of art. Among the many available settings, you'll find centered item names, tooltip shadows, automatic matching of border colors to item colors, separators under names, 3D item previews, compact tooltip versions, and much more!
Requirements
The mod requires Iceberg, which can be downloaded separately. Starting from version 1.3, Prism is also required.
Installation Features
The mod is completely client-side and doesn't require server installation.
Configuration
Detailed configuration instructions are available in the official documentation. We recommend reviewing them first!
For Players
The configuration file contains detailed instructions for customizing tooltips to your liking. Supports up to sixteen custom borders, each of which can be applied to items based on various criteria: name, modifier, tags, rarity, name color, display name, tooltip text, or NBT tags. The default border shown above is included, and additional ones can be easily added through resource packs.
For Mod Developers
The following applies only to version 1.2 and newer!
If you want to add custom borders to items in your mod, this is possible by adding Legendary Tooltips as a dependency. Use the LegendaryTooltipsConfig.addFrameDefinition() method to specify a list of selectors for a given ResourceLocation / frame index.
For Resource Pack Creators
Borders can be customized through resource packs. You can replace the mod's default border with up to 16 custom options. For versions 1.2 and newer, it's also possible to define custom borders through .json files that are loaded and applied from all active resource packs.
Compatibility
High compatibility with other mods, as Legendary Tooltips doesn't change the basic tooltip behavior, only adds new features. Also integrates with Equipment Compare to create even more impressive comparison tooltips!
Allowed for use in modpacks.
