Legendary Tooltips [Fabric]
Tired of boring and monotonous item tooltips in Minecraft? The Legendary Tooltips mod completely changes the situation, turning ordinary descriptions into true works of art!

This mod allows you to fully customize the appearance of tooltips for selected items. You get access to numerous customization options: centering item names, adding shadows to tooltips, matching border colors to item colors, separators under names, 3D item previews, compact tooltips, and much more!
Required Dependencies
The mod requires Iceberg, which can be downloaded separately.
Versions 1.2 and above require Forge Config API Port, while earlier versions work with Cloth Config API.
Versions 1.3 and above additionally require Prism installation.
Client-Side
The mod works exclusively on the client side and does not require server installation.
Configuration
The mod offers advanced configuration options through the configuration file. Supports up to 16 custom borders, each of which can be applied to items based on various criteria: name, modification, tag, rarity, name color, display name, tooltip text, or NBT tag.
By default, one custom border is included, as shown above. Additional borders are easily added through resource packs.
For Mod Developers
Information is relevant for version 1.2 and above!
If you're developing your own mod and want to add special borders for items, you can use Legendary Tooltips as a dependency. For this purpose, the LegendaryTooltipsConfig.addFrameDefinition() method is provided, allowing you to set selectors for specific ResourceLocation and border indices.
For Resource Pack Creators
Borders can be customized through resource packs. You can replace the mod's standard border with your own designs (up to 16 variants). A template image is available for convenient creation of custom borders.
For version 1.2 and above, an additional option is available for defining custom borders through JSON files in the resource pack or mod. These files allow using any properly formatted images and setting all necessary colors.
Compatibility
The mod has high compatibility since it doesn't change the basic tooltip behavior, only adds new visual elements. Also integrates with Equipment Compare to create enhanced comparison tooltips.
The mod can be freely used in modpacks.
