Alternative Ender Eye Creation

This modification package introduces an innovative approach for obtaining ender eyes within the game using different crafting materials. The main advantage is that crafting ender eyes now requires wind charges, introduced following the "Trials and Tribulations" update, along with prismarine shards.

For these supernatural items crafting materials now include blaze powder, completing the rounded orb-like eye-recation process seamlessly.

This change encourages exploration of expanded in-game wind mechanics and activities related to ocean monuments to obtain required components.
