Limited Respawns
This Minecraft mod introduces a limited respawn system - you only have a certain number of attempts to return to the game after death.
The mod can be freely used in any modpack.
For operation, installation is required only on the SERVER!
This description applies to mod versions 3.0.0 and higher. Earlier versions lack many of the advertised features.
⚙️ Main Features
Each time a player respawns after death, they lose one attempt (configurable). The mod offers extensive settings to modify its operation:
- Setting player ban when all respawn attempts are exhausted
- Possibility of gradual restoration of respawn attempts
- Choice between global or individual restoration system
- Restoration of attempts even when the player is not on the server
- Different conditions for losing attempts depending on the cause of death
- Setting maximum limit of respawn attempts
- Customizable messages for various events: respawning, restoration, server entry, final death
The mod is regularly updated to support the latest versions of Minecraft and is available for all popular mod loaders.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How does this mod differ from Limited Lives?
Limited Lives reduces maximum health with each death and has different configuration settings. If desired, you can use this mod together with its companion mod Lifesteal to achieve a similar effect.
Why do messages have multi-colored formatting?
The color scheme is based on LGBTQ+ community flag palettes. If needed, these colors can be disabled in configuration settings.
