Liroth: Revamped (Forge)
Two years ago, I created my first Minecraft mod, which became the starting point of my journey into the world of modifications. This experience helped me understand why developers face difficulties when creating complex game elements - from functional blocks to entire dimensions with randomly generated structures.

I present to you the completely reworked version of the Liroth mod! I spent countless hours fixing all the shortcomings and creating exactly the mod I dreamed of. Unlike the original version, I abandoned the complex lore component since I couldn't properly implement it within the modification framework. Now the focus has shifted to the main feature - dimensions.
New Dimensions and Structures

These screenshots show only two of the new dimensions. To see all the mod's capabilities, I recommend installing it and exploring for yourself!
Complete Rework
This version is fundamentally different from the original. The first version was created using MCreator - an excellent tool for beginners but with limitations. Now the mod is written from scratch in pure code, without a single line from the previous version. Textures have been updated, and functionality has been significantly expanded.
Getting Started
For comfortable gameplay, I strongly recommend installing the Patchouli mod, as the guide is built on this system. Without it, you'll likely get confused by the new mechanics.
To create the guide book, you'll need a regular book (leather and three paper) and a wilted Liroth rose, which can be found in new structures generated in the overworld:

After collecting these components, craft the book in a 2x2 or 3x3 crafting grid. The guide contains complete information about all structures, mobs, dimensions, and biomes in the mod, and also explains how to use special blocks and create weapons and armor.
New Enemies
In the dimensions, you'll encounter reworked and completely new enemies:

The "Skilvert" mob was renamed to "Forsaken Corpse" for better memorability and lore consistency.

"Gulift" is now known as "Skeletal Freak" in the updated version.

And a completely new enemy - "Fungal Fiend". You'll learn about its behavior and features by playing with the mod. I won't reveal all the secrets - study them in the guide!
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Do you plan to further update the mod?
Answer: I will update for new Minecraft versions, but I'm unlikely to add new content.
Question: Why did you remove two previous dimensions?
Answer: They were lore-related and served no practical purpose.
Question: Where are the corrupted items?!
Answer: The items to create them could no longer be obtained in interesting ways, so I removed them.
Question: Why are some blocks and items still in the mod but unused in the final product?
Answer: I created new textures for unnecessary elements and left them for decorative purposes or just because.
Question: REI/JEI Support?
Answer: Due to recipe implementation specifics, integration proved difficult. The mod is open source - if you can do better, send commits.
Question: Open Source?
Answer: Yes, the mod is completely open to the community.
Question: Can I use the mod in a modpack?
Answer: Of course, just credit the author.
