Luna Slimes

This mod fundamentally transforms slimes in Minecraft, making their behavior more realistic and customizable. These creatures can now merge into larger forms and split into smaller ones, while receiving a complete visual overhaul.

Key Improvements

Slime animations have become smooth and natural - jerky movements and stuttering have been eliminated. Before each jump, the slime compresses, anticipating its movement. Textures now perfectly match the creature's size up to level 4.

New spawning and splitting animations have been added, accompanied by unique sound effects. Particles appear during splitting, and shadows accurately track changes in the slime's shape during compression.

Behavioral Features

Slimes have gained the ability to merge with each other, creating larger and more dangerous forms. Magma Cubes use a completely unique set of sounds, distinguishing them from regular slimes.

Configuration

All new gameplay and visual elements can be finely tuned. For in-game configuration, FrozenLib, Cloth Config, and Mod Menu mods are required.
