Lyftosaurus' KitKat's

A Minecraft modification compatible with Forge versions 1.20-1.20.6 and 1.16.5 that introduces new edible items into the game world - KitKat bars in two forms: factory-wrapped and unwrapped.

Wrapped KitKat

To create this item, a recipe similar to TNT's crafting pattern is used. You'll need 4 cocoa beans and 5 units of red dye, resulting in one wrapped bar.

Consuming the wrapped bar provides no saturation to the character. Instead, the player is affected by Hunger II and Poison effects for 5 seconds - a consequence of swallowing packaging plastic.

Mines and dungeons may contain up to 3 wrapped KitKats in their chests, where they spawn naturally.

Unwrapped KitKat

There are two ways to obtain an unwrapped bar: extract it from the factory packaging in any crafting grid or create it from 1 wrapper and 4 bar segments on a crafting table.

Consuming the unwrapped bar restores 4 hunger bars and 8 saturation units. Additionally, the player gains Resistance II and Speed effects for 5 seconds.

KitKat Bar Segment

Dividing an unwrapped bar in a crafting grid yields 4 separate segments.

Each segment restores 1 hunger bar and 2 saturation units, and also provides Resistance II and Speed effects for one quarter the duration of the full bar.

Moldy KitKat

Eating this spoiled bar causes significant discomfort: Poison II and Hunger III for 10 seconds, plus Nausea, Weakness, and Slowness for 5 seconds.

Up to 5 moldy KitKats can be found in dungeon chests, spawning naturally.

KitKat Wrapper

The wrapper automatically appears in the player's inventory after consuming an unwrapped bar. It can also be obtained as a byproduct when crafting KitKat bar segments.

Infinite KitKat

Creating this unique item requires placing an unwrapped bar in the center of a crafting table, surrounded by 2 dragon's breath portions on top and bottom, 2 nether stars on either side, and 4 netherite scraps in the corners.

The effect from consumption is similar to the unwrapped bar: restoration of 4 hunger bars and 8 saturation units plus Resistance II and Speed for 5 seconds. The special feature is that this bar can be used an unlimited number of times without being consumed. The item has 4 charges that recharge one at a time every 10 seconds (full recharge takes 40 seconds from zero to maximum).
