MapFrontiers - Cartography Enhancement for Minecraft
This addon is specifically designed for the popular JourneyMap mod and provides players with advanced capabilities for organizing game space. With it, you can create clearly defined territories on the map, assigning them individual names and color designations.

Core Territory Management Features
To create boundary zones, use the control panel on the fullscreen JourneyMap. Two types of marking are available:
Vertex Boundaries: Drag points with the left mouse button to form contours. Right-click opens a menu for adding and removing vertices.
Chunk Boundaries: Simply right-click to include or exclude individual chunks from the zone.

Settings and Access Control
In the mod settings, you can adjust access rights - determine who has the ability to create, edit, and delete boundaries. By default, the F8 key is used to open the settings menu.
If you encounter issues with editing groups or performing actions, the server administrator likely hasn't granted you the appropriate permissions.

Client and Server Installation
The mod can be installed on both the client and server sides. The client version allows the player to see and use boundaries, while the server version enables creating shared territories accessible to all players with the installed mod, as well as sharing personal markings with other participants.
Known Limitations
- Cannot create self-intersecting boundaries
- Minecraft effect indicators that JourneyMap moves with the minimap may overlap boundary markers
