Mercenaries

The world is filled with dangerous monsters, but you have nothing to fear — you can assemble your own army for protection!

Mod Features

Hiring Fighters

Encounter mercenary leaders in villages! Right-click on them to open the hiring interface and expand your army's ranks.

Equipping Warriors

After hiring, you can equip your fighters — simply right-click on a mercenary and provide them with weapons. Both melee weapons and bows are suitable (don't forget arrows!).

Maintaining Your Troops

Mercenaries require regular supplies:

• Food — place food in their inventory
• Payment — use emeralds or diamonds to pay for their services

The system will warn you in chat when warriors begin showing dissatisfaction and may leave your squad.

Squad Management

Configure your soldiers' behavior:

• Movement mode: follow you, wait in place, or patrol the territory
• Combat tactics: aggressive attack, territory defense, or passive behavior

Use hotkeys for simultaneous control of all followers!

Camp Organization

Specify the location of your main camp. After your death, all mercenaries will automatically return to base.

Flexible Configuration

The mod is fully configurable — after first launching your world, find the world_save/serverconfig/mercenaries-server.toml file and adjust parameters according to your preferences.
