Mine and Slash - Minecraft Revolution
Welcome to the world of Mine and Slash - a mod that transforms regular Minecraft into an exciting hack-and-slash game with endless looting opportunities!
Key Features
This mod offers a deep progression system inspired by the Diablo genre classic:
- Rune words for creating powerful combinations
- Unique items with special properties
- Affix system for gear personalization
- Chaos stats for unpredictable results
- Set items with bonuses for complete sets
- Huge talent tree for character specialization
- Multiple spells and their combinations

- Endgame content with progressively increasing difficulty
- Extensive customization options
Gameplay Changes
Mine and Slash completely reworks the combat system and gear progression. The main goal is to make mob drops the primary way to obtain equipment and create an engaging character stat system for long-term development.
Important Information
The mod requires Forge and Curios API. Using JEI for recipe viewing is recommended. Only the latest Minecraft version 1.20.1 is supported - older versions are available but don't receive updates.
Game Mechanics
All creatures in the game receive levels that depend on distance from spawn. This means you'll need to level up to explore distant territories. The mod completely overrides health and damage mechanics - only weapons and armor from this mod will be effective in combat.
To obtain loot, you must deal the decisive damage to hostile mobs and be at a similar level. Player attacks require energy, while spells require mana, adding strategic elements to the combat system.
Crafting and Progression System
The mod offers various crafting items, an extensive talent tree (available from version 1.14.4), unique items with special properties, and different currencies for trading and upgrades.
License Terms
The mod can be freely used in any modpacks. Although the project has restrictions, creating addons and interaction through mixin is allowed. Most content is configurable through datapacks, minimizing the need for additional mods.
