Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be a port to Forge or Quilt? Probably, but I don't promise specific timelines.
Can I use this in a modpack? Absolutely!
Why should I use this mod over the datapack version? It depends on your needs. If you're playing on a purely vanilla server or can't install mods for whatever reason, the datapack is the perfect choice. The datapack is also more update-resistant, although I plan to maintain this mod in the future.
The datapack is also easier to remove. If you disable and remove the datapack, existing miniblock traders will keep their professions and trades. That's not the case with this mod yet.
Credits
This mod couldn't exist without the Miniblock Traders datapack by maxheyn. His work is amazing, and I recommend trying the datapack before using this mod. Although the profession names, conversion items, and some text were reused, all code was written by me. Additionally, all villager textures were created by me and inspired by various skins from sites like minecraftskins.com and planetminecraft.com.
