MF24KU (decommissioned)

Development of this project has been discontinued.

MF24KU is an unofficial version of the "MirageFairy2024" mod created by Yoruno Kakera as part of the MirageFairy project for Minecraft.

The mod is fully compatible with saves from the original MirageFairy2024, but simultaneous installation is impossible due to file conflicts.

Current Status (November 2024)

The original MirageFairy2024 mod began development in Japan in November 2023. MF24KU is its derivative version released a year later. Over 14 releases, the mod has acquired sufficiently diverse content, though many planned features are still in development. The project remains in beta version, with a full release expected no earlier than 2025.

The mod adds diverse content including items, blocks, and world generation that reflect the MirageFairy universe.

Storyline

The events take place in a science-fiction world where fantastic physical laws operate. Humanity, while exploring space, discovered beings known as fairies on a distant planet. Studying their supernatural abilities led to rapid technological progress. In this universe, humans and fairies interact everywhere, allowing humanity to acquire advanced technologies. However, civilization faces extinction due to a planetary environmental collapse called "local vacuum collapse." The MirageFairy2024 storyline occurs on a planet where plants have gone wild after genetic modifications conducted by the ancient civilization - the Fairy Research Institute.

Main Features

Agriculture and Breeding

Added unique agricultural crops and their cultivation system. Implemented a plant crossbreeding mechanism allowing the development of improved varieties.

Fairies and Passive Skills

Introduced "fairies" - key items of the mod. They have various themes: fire, stone, chicken, red-purple glazed terracotta. Possessing fairies provides passive skills that enhance player characteristics. Fairies can be obtained from special plants - mirage flowers.

Erg and Erg Crafting (Unavailable)

Added the substance "Erg" embodying concepts and meanings. Processing Erg allows manipulation of abstract concepts. Transformation between fairies and Erg is also possible.

Fairy Quests

Implemented fairy quests revealing the MirageFairy storyline. They are presented as cards that transform specific fairies into various resources as rewards.

Fairy Weapons and Symbols (Unavailable)

Added fairy weapons that can be enhanced using their abilities. Applying symbols to weapons allows customization of enhancements. Activating symbols requires the fairy summoner career.

Documentation

Mod specifications are officially documented only in Japanese in the CHANGELOG.md file. Currently, there is no comprehensive official documentation explaining all mod features, so only unofficial wiki resources are available.

Official mod support is provided exclusively in Japanese. Discovered bugs can be reported through the official issue tracker. Suggestions affecting game balance should be discussed in Japanese through the official issue tracker.
