Moar Redstone
The Moar Redstone datapack enhances gameplay by introducing a comprehensive arsenal of new redstone devices. Like other modifications in the "Moar" series, this development aims to fill gaps in the game's core mechanics, offering solutions for tasks that were previously either unachievable or required complex and unreliable workarounds.
What do the new devices offer?
Transmitter - A wireless solution for signal transmission. After binding to a specific channel (by connecting to another transmitter or receiver), it activates all receivers on that channel when receiving a redstone signal.
Receiver - A paired device with the transmitter, also configurable to a specific channel. It receives signals from all transmitters in the network and activates upon receiving any of them.
Handheld Transmitter - A compact device that sends a brief pulse with a right-click to all receivers in the connected network. To connect, simply drop it on any block in the network.
Player Detector - Automatically activates when a player approaches.
Hostile Mob Detector - Sends a signal when aggressive creatures are detected nearby.
Passive Mob Detector - Triggers when harmless animals appear within its range.
Collector - Efficiently collects all items within a fairly large radius, functioning similarly to vacuum hoppers from modifications.
Timer - Generates redstone pulses at specified intervals. The activation period can be configured from 1 to 30 seconds.
