Complete Overhaul of Creature Behavior in Minecraft
This mod fundamentally changes the artificial intelligence of various mobs in the game, giving them new abilities and making combat more dynamic and interesting.
Bosses and Mini-Bosses
All major bosses now announce their appearance and defeat, similar to Terraria. For example: "Wither has been summoned!" or "Ender Dragon has been defeated!".
Wither has been completely reworked with 6 combat phases. Blue skulls are now homing, health regenerates only when dealing damage. When losing 25% health in one attack, it enrages, attacking 2 times faster and shooting 4 times more frequently, but drops 2 Nether Stars upon defeat.
Ender Dragon enrages when losing 15% health in one attack. Fireballs are now fired in bursts, and healing through crystals occurs in portions with visual indicators.
Elder Guardian has become a proper boss with 150 health and improved laser attack. Can perform dashes and create oxygen mines at low health.
Hostile Mobs
Line of sight system now considers various effects: blindness reduces attack range by 66%, invisibility by 75%, sneaking players are detected 50% closer.
Zombies can spawn riding baby zombies or holding doors as shields. Drowned lose their tridents when thrown and attempt to retrieve them. Skeletons have baby variants and two behavior types: regular and sniper.
Illagers now attack zombie villagers and can spawn in boats in the middle of the ocean. Evokers create orbiting fireballs and can use Totems of Undying at low health.
Friendly Mobs and Pets
Allays can be armed with various weapons and configured to attack specific creature types using skulls on note blocks.
Villagers now eat food to heal and offer special services for emeralds: healing, tool and armor repair, arrow restocking.
Pets receive passive health regeneration, cats dodge projectiles, and parrots teleport to owners when using elytra.
New Enchantments and Advancements
The mod adds unique enchantments that drop from specific mobs:
- After Burner - allows shooting fireballs
- Auto-loading Holster - crossbows reload automatically
- Despise - tridents home in on targets
- Withering Munitions - crossbows shoot Wither skulls
Also added numerous advancements for completing special conditions in boss fights.
"Crazy Mobs" Mode and Datapack Support
New game rule /gamerule crazyMobs true makes mobs significantly stronger: faster shooting, frequent special attacks, new abilities.
The mod adds commands for fine-tuning mob behavior: /attack, /motion, /pathto, /target, as well as extended NBT data support for customization.
Compatible with most popular mods that improve mobs and combat systems.
