Mob Dash!

Mob Dash! is a fast-paced mini-game where players compete in hunting mobs. Players are divided into teams, and each round the system announces a specific mob type as the target. The team that kills the required mob first earns points. The game can be configured to end either when time runs out or when the maximum score is reached. Single-player mode is available, but playing in teams is recommended for more competition.

Intuitive Gameplay

When the game starts, a screen notification appears with the current target — a specific type of mob. Look at the panel above the inventory slots: it will display which mob needs to be killed and how many points can be earned. As soon as someone succeeds, a signal is given, and the next mob is announced.

Getting Started

Installing the datapack is very simple. Upload the archive to your world's datapacks folder. If the world is already loaded, use the "/reload" function to load the data. You will see a world border and a menu based on chat.

When creating a new single-player adventure, you can simply drag and drop the datapack archive onto the setup screen during world creation.

Game Settings

When joining for the first time, a player is assigned to a random team. The team switch function helps change teams.

Pay attention to score settings! There are two main schemes: flat points for all creatures and progressive scoring that increases with the mob's difficulty level. Many recommend the "Progressive" mode — it's usually more interesting.

The chosen difficulty level determines how quickly tasks turn into a real challenge. Settings are also available for game time or target score thresholds for victory.

When ready, you can launch the starting phase of the game via the corresponding chat menu option.
