❓ Mob Randomizer [Fabric]
This mod completely transforms the standard gameplay by turning regular mobs into completely random creatures. Imagine: instead of a regular zombie, a blaze might appear, and in place of a skeleton - a pig or any other entity from the game.

How does randomization work?
When you start the game, a unique mapping is automatically created where each standard mob is assigned a random replacement. When a zombie spawns in the world, the game instantly replaces it with the assigned mob - whether it's a skeleton, blaze, pig, or any other creature.
Which mobs participate in randomization?
Almost all Minecraft creatures are involved in the process, with some exceptions:
- Bosses: Wither and Ender Dragon
- Unused mobs: giants
Replacement limitations
By default, most mobs can transform into any other participants in the system. However, for blazes and endermen, special restrictions apply - they cannot become:
- silverfish
- endermites
- shulkers
- wandering traders
- skeleton horses
- trader llamas
- vexes
- evokers
- vindicators
- elder guardians
These limitations ensure that important resources (blaze rods and ender pearls) remain available in reasonable quantities.
Customization options
The mod offers flexible settings through a configuration file located at: %appdata%->.minecraft/config/mob_randomizer.json
After the first launch, a standard config with restrictions for blazes and endermen is created. You can use it as a template to add your own rules or completely remove existing limitations.
Development plans
The developer continues working on expanding functionality:
- Randomization of structure-related mobs (such as piglin brutes)
- Saving unique randomization maps for each world
- Ability to restart the game without creating a new mapping
