Mob Rebirth
Mob Rebirth is a modification that adds the ability for mobs to be reborn after their death. The rebirth mechanics are fully customizable according to your preferences through configuration files.
You can finely tune the rebirth parameters both for all creatures in general and for each type of mob individually. Available settings include:
- Probability of rebirth after death
- Chance of additional mobs appearing during rebirth
- Maximum number of additional creatures that can appear
- Possibility of rebirth after being killed by a player
- Possibility of rebirth after dying from other causes
- Probability of transforming into other types of mobs during rebirth
- Biomes where rebirth can occur
- Vulnerability to sunlight (useful with high probability of undead rebirth)
- Possibility of dropping a spawn egg instead of directly spawning the mob
The mod can work exclusively on the server side or be installed on the client for single-player use.
For the Forge version, additional mods are required: Annotated DI and Fireplace Lib.
For Fabric, only Fireplace Lib is required.
For convenient configuration, it is recommended to use Mod Menu, where a graphical configuration interface is available, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
