Month Of Swords

The Month Of Swords mod presents a collection of 30 unique swords created as part of the annual creative Swordtember 2024 challenge. Each weapon features its own characteristics and special abilities that unlock new tactical combat opportunities.

Unique Swords and Their Features

Winged Sword

• Characteristics in main hand: 0.1 attack damage, 4 attack speed, +1 attack knockback

Floral Sword

• Photosynthesis (passive): Recovers 2 durability every second in sunlight
• Characteristics: 5 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Cursed Sword

• Curse (on hit): Deals 5% of target's health in exchange for 5% of your own health
• Characteristics: 8 attack damage, 1.1 attack speed

Divine Sword

• Divinity (active ability): Applies 15 seconds of regeneration II, absorption V, and strength III with 1-minute cooldown
• Characteristics: 8 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Stealthy Sword

• Smoke Bomb: Blinds enemies and prevents mob tracking for 5 seconds
• Sneak Attack: Damage bonus when invisible and attacking from behind
• Characteristics: 6 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed, improved falling

Moon and Sun Swords

• Moonlight/Sunlight: +1.5 damage under corresponding lighting
• Characteristics: 6 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Ocean Sword

• Oceanic: +1.5 damage in water, improved movement and mining underwater
• Characteristics: 6 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed, +150 oxygen

Enchanting Sword

• Reroll: Each attack receives a new set of enchantments
• Characteristics: 7 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Dueling Sword

• Block: Functions as a shield
• Parry: +50% damage after successful block
• Characteristics: 6 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Flaming Sword

• Fire abilities: Sets targets on fire, fireballs, and mass fire attack
• Characteristics: 7 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Ice Sword

• Ice abilities: Freezes targets, ice projectiles, and ice storm
• Characteristics: 5.5 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed, fire resistance

Poison Dagger

• Venom: Inflicts poison III for 20 seconds
• Characteristics: 5 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Potion Sword

• Brew: Absorbs potion effects
• Coating: Deals 1/5 of stored potion effect
• Characteristics: 6 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Portal Sword

• Dimension Hop: Travel between Overworld and Nether
• Characteristics: 6.5 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Lucky Sword

• Lucky Dice: Random effects with each attack
• Characteristics: 3 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Forest Sword

• Leaf Attack: Shoots sharp leaves
• Characteristics: 7 attack damage, 2 attack speed

Echo Sword

• Displace: Teleportation in the direction you're looking
• Characteristics: 8 attack damage, 2 attack speed

Eye Sword

• Taste for Void: Damage bonus in the End and against End creatures
• Ender Eye Protection: Allows staring at endermen
• Characteristics: 7 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Mechanical Sword

• Characteristics: 6.5 attack damage, 2 attack speed, increased interaction range

Summoned Sword

• Summon/Banish: Instant appearance in hand and preservation of modifications
• Characteristics: 7 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Woven Sword

• Celestial Dash: Rapid movement with damage bonus
• Characteristics: 9 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Shock Sword

• Lightning: Summons lightning at target
• Storm Damage: +2 damage during thunderstorms
• Characteristics: 5.5 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Infestation Sword

• Friend of Bugs: Arthropods fight for you
• Bugbait: Summons silverfish
• Characteristics: 7 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Crystal Sword

• Resonance: Increasing damage with consecutive attacks on same-type targets
• Characteristics: 6 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Necromancer's Blade

• Necromancy: Undead fight for you
• Raise The Dead: Summons zombies and skeletons
• Characteristics: 8 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed

Glow Sword

• Piercing Eyes: +2 damage to glowing targets
• Illuminance: Applies glowing to targets
• Dark Vision: Detects entities in radius
• Radiance: Mass glowing attack
• Characteristics: 6 attack damage, 2 attack speed
