Moss Interactions

This mod introduces a new approach to interacting with mossy blocks, making the mechanics of obtaining moss more realistic and engaging.

How to Use

To obtain fine moss, you need to sneak and use shears on a moss block or vines. As a result, you'll get 1 to 3 units of fine moss. This process simulates carefully collecting moss from surfaces.

To apply fine moss, simply right-click on a dirt block. It will instantly transform into a moss block, creating a beautiful natural element in your world.

Additional Features:

• The larger quantity of obtained moss allows for a gradual spreading effect
• Manual creation of mossy areas looks more natural
• The process requires some manual labor, adding to realism

Development Plans

Future updates will include:

• Interactions with other mossy objects
• Ability to collect moss from any moss-covered surfaces
• Transferring moss between different blocks
• Obtaining additional fine moss during the process

Also in development is a moss extractor device that will passively collect fine moss from surrounding moss blocks, automating the gathering process.
