Key Changes in IndustrialCraft 2

• Wind Generator Disablement in Airless Environments: Logical restriction for planets without atmosphere where conventional wind turbines cannot function.
• Electric Tool Speed Boost: IC2 tools now attack significantly faster, saving your valuable time.
• Enchantment System Reversion: Retro approach following version 1.7 pattern: cannot use enchanting table, but anvil application - absolutely possible.
• Mass Fabricator Fix: Eliminated the frustrating bug where the device would get stuck at 100% scrap completion.
• Smart Jetpack Control: When using IC2 jetpack with Elytra wings simultaneously, simply hold jump+forward for firework rocket-like boosting effect - enhanced mobility guaranteed.

Additional Functional Improvements

• Accelerated Equipment Dismantling: Thermal wrenches now disassemble IC2 machinery faster, with configurable list of breakable blocks.
• Enhanced Infrastructure: Added special road bricks and street lamps with unique design. Movement speed on these roads is significantly higher than normal.
• Loading Panel Extension: Loading menu now displays game startup time through marker #startuptime#.
