Mystcraft BoP Disabler
This modification is a compact solution for eliminating current incompatibility between Mystcraft and Biomes o' Plenty mods in Minecraft 1.12. When these two mods are installed together, Biomes o' Plenty biomes generate correctly in standard game dimensions, but in Mystcraft dimensions they appear without proper decoration and design.
Main Function
This mod disables the generation of Biomes o' Plenty biomes in Mystcraft dimensions by modifying the symbols.cfg file. This eliminates the problem of incomplete landscape generation and ensures stable operation of both mods.
Installation Requirements
For the mod to work correctly, an important condition must be met: launch Minecraft with Mystcraft and Biomes o' Plenty mods installed and completely load the game once. This is necessary for the symbols.cfg file to be populated with data from Mystcraft. When installing all three mods simultaneously for the first time, an additional game restart is required to activate the functionality.
Configuration Flexibility
If compatibility between Mystcraft and Biomes o' Plenty is restored by developers in the future, you can easily restore all disabled biomes. Two methods are provided for this:
- through the mod settings menu (Mod Options)
- by editing the mystcraftbopdisabler.cfg configuration file
