Nature's Debris is an extensive mod for Minecraft 1.14.4 developed by Red Galaxy, which adds a completely new dimension to the game with rich and exciting content.

The Mod's Universe

The world of Nature's Debris is a dark and mysterious universe where ancient forces of nature have merged into a modern network of natural intelligence. In this world, remnants of an ancient civilization suffer from an angry curse that has spread throughout the network and now controls the entire world. Only a strong and resilient person with a fresh soul can save this world.

Main Dimension

The primary dimension of the mod is Murk Surface - a world similar to the regular overworld but with a unique atmosphere. Here you'll find various plants, trees, lakes, animals (in development), fungi, caves, and much more. Explore this unique world, learn new mechanics, obtain unusual items, place exclusive blocks, and discover a completely new realm!

How to Enter Murk Surface

To enter the Murk Surface dimension, you need to find a portal structure. These small structures generate in Dark Forest biomes in the regular world. Inside, you'll discover four exhausted Eyes of the Curse placed at the corners of a portal frame. Remove them by right-clicking to obtain the Eye of the Curse item. Then place these eyes back on the frame corners to activate the portal.

Development History

The idea for Nature's Debris originated from a small project to revamp the Nether and other dimensions. Although that project was never published, it had a small cavernous area called The Modern Caves, later renamed The Modernity. Inspired by other mods, particularly Betweenlands and The Midnight, The Modernity evolved into an independent project. After extensive reworking, it became a dark and murky surface world and eventually received the name Nature's Debris.

Current Status

Currently, Nature's Debris includes only the Murk Surface dimension. The developer plans to add more dimensions in the future. The main version - Update of Nature - brought numerous changes to nature and plant life, technical improvements, a new sound effect system, and many updated textures.

Technical Requirements

The mod requires Minecraft 1.14.4 and Forge version 28.2.1 or higher. Older versions are not supported.
