An Origins Addon - Necromancer Origin (1.19)

Note: This mod will only be updated for the latest version of Minecraft and no longer supports older versions (if the 1.19 version isn't out yet, it means I'm still working on fixing remaining bugs).
To play using the resource pack and data pack instead of as a mod, you need to extract the jar file and place the data pack in your world's data packs folder and the resource pack in your resource packs folder.

Greetings, traveler! Feeling lacking in magical power? Dreaming of your own undead army ready to follow your commands? Then you've come to the right place! This mod offers destructive magic, necromancy arts, and even teleportation spells.
Necromancer Origin

Description: You are a skeletal being capable of summoning various mobs to destroy enemies and resurrect certain undead and living creatures. Your arsenal includes many types of magic. The only drawback - you completely lack the ability to walk and jump normally. But you can use magic for movement!
Strengths
- No Need for Lungs: You cannot drown
- Sinking: Water poses no threat to you
- First Summon (Power 1): Summon 2 basic zombies and 2 skeletons that fight for you. Costs 1/4 mana bar
- Wither Skull Launcher (Power 2): Shoot wither skulls that increase in number with experience level growth. Costs 1/2 mana bar
- Hover (Power 3): Passive ability. Gently hover above the ground, slowly consuming mana
- Teleport (Power 4): Similar to Enderian teleportation but less effective. Costs 3/4 mana bar
- Plane Shift (Power 4): When attacking, transport yourself and surroundings to the Grave World. Requires 45 experience levels. Long cooldown
- Aggro (Power 5): Directs all nearby summoned creatures to the nearest non-ally. Free
- Call Undead (Power 5): Teleports all friendly summoned creatures to you. Free
- Return from Grave World (Power 6): Returns you and surroundings from the Grave World. Requires 45 experience levels. Long cooldown
- Shields (Power 6): Creates 3 protective shields in directions you're not facing. Free
- Clear Summoned Creatures (Power 6): Destroys all your summoned creatures within 10 blocks radius. Free
- Raise Dead (Power 7): Allows resurrecting creatures you've killed. Costs 1/4 mana bar per resurrected creature. Effectiveness depends on experience level
Features
Undead: Healing and damage potion effects work in reverse
Difficulty Scaling:
- Peaceful: 1 heart
- Easy: 8 hearts, weakness in sunlight, slow mana regeneration
- Normal: 10 hearts, no sunlight weakness, mana regeneration 2x faster
- Hard: 12 hearts, mana regeneration 2x faster
Experience Level Scaling:
- 0-4: 1 wither skull, basic summoned mobs
- 5-9: 1 skull, leather armor with wooden weapons
- 10-14: 2 skulls, stone weapons
- 15-19: 2 skulls, golden armor with golden weapons
- 20-24: 3 skulls, iron armor with iron weapons
- 25-29: 3 skulls, enchanted equipment begins to appear
- 30-34: 4 skulls, diamond armor with diamond weapons
- 35-39: 5 skulls, netherite armor with netherite weapons
- 40-44: 8 skulls, netherite armor with netherite weapons
- 45+: Unlocks Grave Dimension travel, 16 skulls, netherite armor with netherite weapons
Weaknesses
- Golem Hostility: Village golems see you as an enemy
- Banishment: Cursed items deal more damage
- Smite Vulnerability: Items with Smite enchantment deal more damage
- Unwieldy: Cannot use shields
- Photoallergy: Your undead form burns in sunlight. Helmets are your salvation, or play on hard difficulty
- Immobility: Move twice as slow as normal without using magic
Spell Management
To switch between spells, use the pick block key to move left and the player list key to move right.
