Night Hunters

Immerse yourself in a world of dusk and vampire legends with the Night Hunters modification! This addon introduces two powerful factions to your Minecraft world — vampires and vampire hunters, creating unique challenges for experienced players.

Vampire Manor

Brotherhood of Night Hunters

Neutral to the player, vampire hunters form well-organized squads patrolling various biomes. Their loyalty can be lost through hostile actions — when angered, they become truly formidable opponents thanks to their numbers and coordinated tactics.

Hunter squad composition:

  • Archers — ranged fighters in leather armor
  • Swordsmen — close-combat fighters with iron swords and chainmail armor
  • Captains — elite warriors with diamond swords and full iron armor

All swordsmen and captains are equipped with shields for effective defense. Hunters automatically attack all hostile undead mobs in the overworld — zombies, zombie villagers, and skeletons, as well as hunting vampires.

Hunter Camps

Hunter Camp

Small fortified settlements can be found in various biomes: snowy deserts, regular deserts, and plains. Each camp is surrounded by fencing and includes tents housing several archers, swordsmen, and one captain. The camps' appearance adapts to the environment — sand, grass, and snow variants.

Vampire Threat

Vampire Manors

Hidden deep within forests and their variations, vampire manors are extremely rare. These gloomy structures serve as homes for numerous servants and master vampires, making them an endgame challenge. It's recommended to approach assaults with enchanted Netherite armor, otherwise defeat will be instantaneous.

Vampire Hierarchy

Vampire Servants — creatures bitten by masters but not fully transformed. Being relatively weak, they can only withstand poorly equipped players. They spawn exclusively in vampire manors.

Vampire Masters represent a deadly threat in close combat. With 60 health points and dealing 15 damage to unarmored players, these creatures emit an aura of weakness affecting all nearby entities. Defeating a master requires cunning — using traps, ranged weapons, or late-game equipment.

Upon defeating a vampire master, a Blood Gem drops. Two such gems combined with a stick allow crafting the Blood Sword — a weapon dealing 13 damage and granting the wielder temporary regeneration.

Technical Features

All structures — both vampire manors and hunter camps — can be manually created through creative mode items for testing and building custom scenarios.
