No Unused Chunks - Minecraft World Size Optimization

This Minecraft mod is designed to reduce the size of game worlds by removing unused chunks. This is particularly useful for servers and players who want to save disk space without losing important data.

How the Mod Works

The game tracks player interactions with chunks using a special variable called "InhabitedTime". Every time a player enters a chunk or performs actions within it, the value of this variable increases. The mod analyzes all chunks in the world and removes those with an "InhabitedTime" value of zero.

Usage Process

1. Go to the world selection screen
2. Select the desired world
3. Click the "Edit" button
4. Choose the "Optimize World" option
5. Check the "Remove uninhabited chunks" checkbox
6. Click "Create backup and Load"
7. Verify that everything completed successfully and no data was lost

Important Warnings

Always create world backups before using the mod. Although the mod works stably, there's always a possibility of unforeseen situations. It's especially important to note that if you used creative tools or mods to modify chunks without directly visiting them in the game, those chunks may be removed.

Version Compatibility

Starting with version 1.19.3, Mojang is making significant changes to the game, so use the mod only in specified supported versions. Using it in unsupported versions may lead to crashes and possible world file damage.
