The Obsessed - Advanced Psychological Horror, Arachnid Stalker

Welcome to the world of The Obsessed - a modification created by the developer of Arthropod Phobia Expansions Vllax, conceptualized by IDK Someguy.
This mysterious entity is characterized by one key trait: it develops a pathological interest in you that evolves into something dangerous and twisted. It may initially appear harmless, but its mood can shift instantly without any warning, turning your life into a genuine nightmare. Many of its secrets will be revealed in upcoming updates.
The Obsessed is a complex modular entity with its own consciousness and numerous advanced mechanics. Future versions will significantly expand its functionality. For full immersion, it's recommended to use shaders and explore dense biomes like redwood forests from Biomes o' Plenty.
Important: The modification is under active development, so minor issues may occur that will be fixed based on testing results.

Game Mechanics:
- Completely new spawning system that allows the entity to pursue the player across any distances and appear nearby outside the field of view, creating a realistic feeling of being stalked.
- Mood system ranging from -5 to 5. Mood improves when you accept gifts or give golden apples; attacks or prolonged ignoring cause irritation.
- Modular behavior mode system: the entity dynamically changes tactics depending on mood and circumstances.
- Look detection: it determines when you're looking in its direction and responds accordingly; spawns occur outside your field of view.
- Initiator mode: standard version encountered randomly. When approaching and making eye contact, the player becomes an obsession target, activating the spawning system.
- Initial mode: follows at a distance, observing closely; transforms when looked at directly.
- Fleeing mode: rapidly moves away over long distances to hide. A faster version activates when dissatisfied.
- Peeking mode: hides behind trees and walls, peeking around corners.
- Crawling mode: moves stealthily, searches for resources; sometimes appears in smoke clouds for camouflage.
- Staring mode: observes intently from a convenient position then hides; may later appear in arachnid form.
- Water mode: swims, stealthily approaching advantageous positions.
- Gift giving mode: cautiously approaches to deliver "gifts"; accepting them improves mood.
- Imitation mode: copies player actions from a distance, including building.
- Jealous mode: when in bad mood, attacks animals and other players nearby.
- Protective mode: defends the obsession target when attacked by other mobs, retreating at low health.
- Abduction mode: most dangerous form when extremely dissatisfied; attempts to grab the player and relocate them to forest or home, in future versions - to a special facility.
- Intruder mode: breaks into houses, rearranges items, leaves doors open, changes torches; flees when approached.
- Arachnid hallucination mode: displays nightmarish visions hinting at the entity's true nature.
- Sudden hallucinations: brief appearance behind the player mimicking abduction.
- Block breaking hallucinations: chance of sudden appearance when breaking blocks.
- Debug commands /obsessed for spawn checking.
- Health persistence between despawns: can be killed to obtain "Supreme Repellent" that repels attacking mobs, prevents targeting, and removes existing obsession.
Future Plans:
- Lair structure: created hideout where player will end up when abducted; escape difficulty increases as entity becomes more aggressive and transforms into arachnid form destroying everything in its path.
- Addition of new behavior modes.
