🃏 What is this mod?
This mod introduces a unique card system to the game with various usage methods. Players gain access to an entire deck of card items with diverse functions.

Cards can be thrown as weapons - simply right-click to launch a card at your target.

Cards can also be placed on surfaces as traps that activate when enemies approach.

Special cards can create force fields with various effects or instantly apply magical abilities.

For example, some cards generate protective zones that block natural monster spawning...

...or set enemies on fire, turning them to ashes.

🎮 How to play with cards?
In the current version, four main card types are available: blank cards, colored cards, elemental cards, and field cards.
Blank Cards
These are the basic cards that form the foundation of your collection. All other card types are created from them. Blank cards can be thrown by simply right-clicking.
Colored Cards and the Switcher
Colored cards possess various effects but cannot be crafted directly. To use colored cards, you'll need a special card switcher. This tool transforms blank cards into colored ones and allows you to throw them. Detailed usage instructions can be found in the item tooltips. The switcher consumes blank cards, but you can retrieve them if the colored card misses its target.
Elemental Cards
Elemental cards can not only be thrown as weapons but also laid out on the ground as traps. All of them are craftable. Check recipes in the standard craft book or through JEI.
Field Cards
Field cards are placed like blocks. They create zones with persistent effects or produce instant impacts. All field cards are also available for crafting. Study the recipes in the craft book or through JEI... and don't forget to stock up on quartz!
