Allow editing customized reordering sequences written right in configuration files

Straightforward two file-based settings modified from standard UI options • Mod priority – sequences the default selection priority level related items pick when reading dictionaries by case-sensitive entered labels, immediately choosing primary choice updated with time in top nested subsetting row. Backup default exists • Ore dictionary identifiers automatic change incoming table instantly applying those new sequences updating that ore exclusively
If current version mods tend overlap categories but prefer other resource types standard, lists solve problem manually handled before.
