Oreberries Replanted - Grow Ores as Berries!
Tired of traditional ore mining from stone depths? Want to create your own ore farm? Now it's possible! The Oreberries Replanted mod allows you to grow valuable minerals in the form of ripe berry bushes.
Main Features
Unique berry bushes appear in the world that produce various types of ores instead of regular fruits. Among the available options:
- Standard ores from vanilla game - iron and gold
- Ores from popular mods: aluminum, copper, lead, nickel, osmium, silver, tin, uranium, and zinc
- Special essence berries - essentially crystallized experience
Processing Mechanics
Collected ore berries can be placed in a special vat. When jumping on it, the berries are crushed, producing 150 to 200 milliliters of oreberry juice. Every 100 ml of juice turns into one nugget of the corresponding metal when evaporated.
Important: by default, only iron and gold berries can be crushed. For other types, you'll need a mod that registers nuggets in the appropriate tags!
Growing Features
Ore bushes by default can only grow in dark places, but this restriction can be changed for each bush type through configuration files.
Fine-tuning is available in settings:
- Bush generation density
- Spawn rarity
- Minimum and maximum height
- Ability to disable unwanted bush types
Decorative Possibilities
Ore berries can be placed in flower pots for interior decoration. The mod also has built-in support for Botany Pots for growing automation.
