PartialHearts
It turns out that in Minecraft, character health is tracked with much greater precision than the hearts displayed on screen! This surprising fact is little known - the game hides the actual health values by rounding them to half-hearts.

With the PartialHearts mod, you can see the exact health status with the smallest details. It works great with various resource packs and the popular Colorful Hearts mod. Although most standard damage sources still remove health in half-heart increments, it's still fascinating to observe the precise numbers when it really matters! Imagine: a survival challenge with 1/34 of a heart sounds way more extreme than just half a heart, right?
Customization Options

You can create unique patterns and designs that reveal themselves as health decreases. The built-in settings menu allows you to experiment with various pixel removal parameters - literally letting you customize to your heart's content (forgive the pun).
