Pattern Converter

This Minecraft mod provides a convenient tool for converting recipes between different technical modifications. It allows you to transfer crafting settings from one automation system to another, saving your time and effort.

• Refined Storage
• Applied Energistics 2
• Integrated Dynamics

Usage Process

Working with the converter is intuitive:

1. Place the Pattern Converter block in the desired location
2. Place source patterns for copying in the three top left slots
3. Add empty patterns for writing to the central slot
4. Converted patterns will appear in the right output slot
5. Original patterns will return to the bottom left output slot

Block Side Configuration

Top side:

• Accepts patterns for copying
• Accepts empty patterns for writing

Bottom side:

• Outputs converted patterns
• Returns original patterns

Side sides:

• Support all the functions listed above

To separate original and converted patterns, you can use logistics mods with filtering by modifications or use the built-in filtering capabilities of your storage system.

Conversion Features

Not all pattern functions can be fully transferred between different mods. In such cases, maximum possible conversion occurs, and unsupported functions are lost.

Examples of conversion limitations:

• Integrated Dynamics patterns support specifying reusable items, which is not available in AE and RS
• Refined Storage and Applied Energistics allow specifying multiple fluids, while Integrated Dynamics is limited to one
• Different mods work differently with item and fluid tags: ID supports one tag, while RS supports multiple
