Paxi Plus
This extension for the popular Paxi mod adds four key features that expand resource management capabilities in Minecraft:
Backward Compatibility with Version 1.21+ Features
Enables loading resource packs from any folders - a feature originally available only in Minecraft versions 1.21 and above. Particularly useful for developers facing content distribution platform limitations.
Built-in Resource Support
Now you can use Paxi for working with built-in resource packs and data packs added by other mods. This opens up new possibilities for customizing game content.
Automatic Loading Control
The system restricts automatic loading of packs not specified in the load order, providing more precise control over which resources become active in the game.
Folder Creation Optimization
Required data pack folders and JSON files are now created during game startup rather than after world generation, speeding up the loading process and eliminating potential errors.
How to use?
Unlike the old load order system, you can now specify arbitrary directories in your game instance folder. For working with built-in packs, you'll need the resource identifier - you can find it in the mod's source code, try to guess it, or use the Resource Pack Overrides mod, which allows viewing IDs of all available packs.
