Variety of Pets

Three types of animals are available: cats, dogs, and parrots. Each possesses unique artificial intelligence that mimics the behavior of real pets. Fun animations and interactive features make communication with pets truly lively.

Management and Care

Each animal has three behavior modes: "Stay in place", "Follow owner", and "Free movement". To change the mode, simply crouch and right-click the pet with an empty hand. The current status is displayed on screen.

The needs system includes hunger and thirst indicators. Like real animals, your pets require regular feeding and drinking. Purchase bowls from the Animal Trainer - one for food, another for water. Fill them with food (using a food packet) and water (with a bucket), after which animals will automatically satisfy their needs.

Behavior Features

Cats and dogs can sleep with animation! The mod adds special beds (small and large size). If there's a free bed nearby, animals in free movement mode will go to sleep when night falls.

Dogs and cats love playing fetch! Simply take a tennis ball, throw it with right-click and watch as your pet runs after the toy and returns it to you.

Dogs have a useful ability to dig up suspicious blocks! Although they don't bring found items, you can always pick them up yourself.

Parrots can be placed on your shoulder! Right-click a parrot in "Stay" mode, and it will move to your shoulder. Bird cages are also available - when interacting with an empty cage, the parrot from your shoulder moves into it.

All pets can be treated with snacks! Special treats are provided for each type: bone sticks for dogs, tuna for cats, peanuts for parrots. Holding a treat in hand will attract animals' attention and show cute animations.

And of course, you can pet your animals with a simple right-click. Who would refuse a little love and affection?

Animal Trainer

Where to get pets? A new villager has appeared in villages - the Animal Trainer! For emeralds, he sells special items containing your future pet. Use this item to summon the animal. If the pet dies, you can revive it using the same item. Holding the item in hand will make a lost pet follow you, and right-clicking the ground instantly returns the animal to the item and releases it next to you.

Grooming Station and Cosmetics

Want to make your pet unique? Use the Grooming Station to add cosmetic elements! Place the item with the pet in the top left slot, and wool (decoration cost) in the bottom right. Choose one of the available options (shoes, collars, or hats) and take the updated pet item from the right slot.

The Animal Trainer also sells food, toys, bowls, and beds for your pets.
