Pixel Souls Weaponry Expansion

This modification enriches Minecraft's arsenal with 36 new weapon types and some additional elements.

New Weapons

The mod allows crafting weapons in traditional Minecraft style, such as Danish axes. All weapon types are available in various material variants: wood, stone, iron, diamond, netherite, and emerald.

Crafting Features

For crafting some weapons, alternative recipes can be used - for example, instead of a whole diamond, 9 diamond nuggets can be utilized (similarly for emeralds and other materials). If crafting difficulties arise, installing the JEI mod is recommended as it displays all item recipes. For weapon testing, creative mode can be used by finding the special tab containing all modification content.

Treasure Chests

Chests are randomly generated throughout the world, containing tier 3 crates. Opening these crates provides basic starting gear, but for obtaining more powerful weapons, relying solely on them is not advisable.

Japanese Weapons

A special feature of the mod is the ability to craft the most powerful swords. This requires Japanese nether scraps, which can be found in the Nether as magma-like blocks. These scraps function similarly to iron nuggets - they need to be smelted until obtaining Japanese steel ingots.

Although the Japanese steel ingot itself currently has no direct use, combining its scraps with iron scraps and chestnut charcoal produces Tamahagane steel ingots. From this unique material, samurai Japanese weapons are crafted - the most powerful in the mod, except for one secret weapon.
