PowerStones
The PowerStones mod offers an innovative solution for redstone enthusiasts, adding colorful energy wires to Minecraft that can intersect with each other without interference.

Required Dependencies
For PowerStones to function correctly, the following mods are required:
For Fabric
- Fabric API - essential component for all Fabric mods
- FerriteCore - optimizes RAM usage, allowing the game to launch with standard memory allocation without needing special arguments
For Forge
- FerriteCore - ensures efficient memory usage, preventing the need to increase allocated RAM to 12GB
Compatibility
PowerStones is fully compatible with other redstone mods such as Red Bits and Redstone Bits. The developer is actively working to expand compatibility with other popular mods. If you encounter compatibility issues with any mod, you can report them through the feedback system.
Main Features
Blocks and Items
The mod adds four types of energy wires:
- Redstone - classic wire with new capabilities
- Bluestone - blue wire compatible with redstone
- Greenstone - green wire
- Yellowstone - yellow wire
Each wire type has corresponding blocks and torches that only activate wires of their own color.

Functionality
Key features of the mod:
- Wires of different colors can intersect in pairs: redstone with bluestone, greenstone with yellowstone
- When breaking wires, the color of the tool in the main hand is taken into account
- Blocks and torches only activate wires of the corresponding color
Technical Features
The original concept involved placing all four wire types on a single block, but technical limitations prevented full implementation of this idea. Instead, a system of paired wire intersections was developed, balancing functionality and performance.
Thanks to integration with FerriteCore, the mod runs stably even with standard memory settings, making it accessible to most players.
Color Palette
The mod's color scheme was developed back in 2012 with the goal of making better use of common but underutilized resources: lapis lazuli, emeralds, and glowstone dust. Each new wire color is created by combining the redstone texture with the color of the corresponding resource.
