Primal Tech

Primal Tech is a modification specifically designed for use in the SevTech Ages modpack by Darkosto. This mod significantly expands the early stages of the game by adding various primitive mechanisms, blocks, weapons, tools, and items that match the corresponding theme.

Mod Features

All mechanical blocks in the mod are interactive and do not require a graphical interface. Primal Tech includes a built-in recipe customization system through configuration files. The mod fully supports CraftTweaker for creating custom recipes and is integrated with JEI for convenient viewing of available crafts.

By default, the mod contains only basic recipes since its main purpose is to provide players and pack creators with the ability to customize the gameplay according to their preferences.

Main Elements

The key feature of the mod are the utility blocks:

• Two types of interactive crafting tables
• Clay kiln for firing individual items
• Stone grill (small capacity furnace)
• Wooden mixing basin (for recipes involving fluids)
• Water-powered saw
• Stone anvil and mallet
• Two types of wooden hoppers (4 slots each)
• Fiber torches (lit and unlit)
• Beds made of straw and leaves
• Bundle of sticks (for lighting fires)

The mod also includes other items and blocks whose functionality is intuitively clear from their description.
