Doomlike Dungeons

This mod adds dungeons to the game inspired by classic first-person shooters with pseudo-3D graphics. Development was inspired by early dungeon modifications and the Oblige level generator (especially version 3.57), which was used for the Doom game. The main goal is to create engaging, tactically challenging, and diverse multi-level dungeons that will be interesting to explore and for which the player will receive a worthy reward.

This is almost certainly the final version of the mod — all attempts to update it for Minecraft versions after 1.12.2 were unsuccessful. It was a long, interesting, and rewarding journey, full of both joyful moments and disappointments. Parting with the project evokes nostalgic feelings about the entire creation process. But everything has a beginning and an end, and it's time to say goodbye to my creation that so successfully dealt with players and move on.

The mod works great with Dungeon Mobs — try it to add monsters from the original role-playing game to the game.

I have "retired" from mod development and will not be creating new mods or updates; please don't ask for them.
