Welcome to the amazing world of Psychonautic mod from Matryoshkacraft Studios! This project is entirely dedicated to mushrooms - and we're not just talking about psychedelic varieties.

The mod offers three main areas for exploration: Mycology (study of mushrooms), Mycomancy (mushroom magic), and Psychonautics (psychedelic journeys) itself.

What Awaits You in This Mod?

Try psilocybes to travel to psychedelic dimensions! Each of them features unique terrain suitable for survival and offers numerous exploration opportunities. Watch as the landscape around you gradually changes and interact with the semi-organic environment in various ways.

Alternatively, you can engage in creating mushroom farms. Simply myceliumize blocks, and they'll start producing various types of mushrooms, each with their own useful properties. Iron mushrooms, gold, tin, copper, aluminum, lapis, redstone, diamond, and emerald - a whole palette of beautiful fungal cultures!

Need leather? Sand? Stone? Spider eyes? Quartz? Soul sand? There are special mushrooms for all of these! And this is far from a complete list - there are many other varieties that I probably forgot to mention.

How to Leave Dimensions?

Take an antidote or find help from Russian dolls scattered throughout the bad trip dimension. If you find a mushroom block with a door, simply right-click on it - this will return you to the regular world.

I Ate Psilocybe but Nothing Happened?

The mushroom doesn't always transport you to the dimension - it depends on random chance. Just keep trying! Alternatively, taking a hippie's pill always transports you to the good trip dimension, while a hatter's pill always takes you to the bad trip dimension.

I Created a Magic Mushroom Circle as Shown in Screenshots, but It Doesn't Work?

For it to work, you need to place 1 circle core under your chosen myceliumized block.

Why Can't I Damage the Psychotic Hatter?

Some mobs in this mod are either exclusively or particularly vulnerable to the sweet melodies of psychedelic rock. You'll need a guitar to deal with such creatures.

Known Issues

Mob animations for creatures in this mod may look a bit strange.
