Quality of Queso

Quality of Queso is a quality of life modification that provides a comprehensive set of useful features designed to enhance the player's interaction with the game interface.

Compatible with Minecraft versions 1.21.6-1.21.8.

🔍 Container Search

Adds a search bar to chests, ender chests, barrels, and shulker boxes that highlights the items you're looking for.

Search Features:

• Search by item name — simply type the item name in the search bar (e.g., "grass")
• Search for multiple items — separate desired items with commas (e.g., "grass,dirt,iron")
• Tag-based search — use the # symbol before a tag (e.g., "#logs"), works with both vanilla and modded tags
• Item exclusion — use the ! symbol to exclude items from search results

🔄 Inventory Sorting

Adds buttons for quick item transfer between the player's inventory and containers.

• When combined with search functionality, only filtered items can be transferred
• When hovering with an item in cursor, only identical items are moved
• To transfer from inventory to container, hold Alt key (configurable)

⚡ Quick Equipment

Hover over equippable items (armor pieces or elytra) in your inventory and equip them instantly!

Default hotkey: B (configurable in Controls menu)

📍 Item Frame Search

Locate nearby item frames containing specific items and make them glow.

GUI hotkey: I (configurable)

Search Functions:

• Search by item name
• Search for multiple items simultaneously
• Tag-based searching
• Adjustable glow duration for frames
• Customizable search radius

Important: This feature requires the mod to be installed on the server side and enabled in server settings.

❌ Enhanced GUI Closing

Click outside any interface screen (when cursor is empty) to close it immediately.

⌨️ Improved Search

In creative mode, recipe book, or crafting tables, start typing immediately to search — no need to click the compass first.

Exception: when cursor is over a slot bound to a hotbar key.

⚙️ Mod Management

Without removing the mod entirely, you can:

• Completely disable its functionality
• Add servers to a blacklist where the mod won't work

All settings accessible via the Quality of Queso GUI.
