Mod Features

This mod operates entirely through datapacks. To use it, you'll need to learn how to create JSON files. Although there's an online tool for creating quests, understanding the basics of working with generated content is essential for effective usage.

How does Questlog differ from FTB Quests? Unlike FTB Quests, which presents quests in extensive spreadsheets, our mod offers a convenient notebook or checklist format, accessible directly from the inventory! This system was inspired by the quest mechanics from Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

Key Advantages

The mod's concept is built around the principle of information accessibility. Creators can configure quests so that when activated or completed, special notifications or pop-up messages will appear, ensuring you never miss important information.

All graphical elements of the mod are carefully designed and easily customizable through resource packs. This allows for seamless integration of Questlog into various mod packs without disrupting their visual style.

Important note: by default, the mod doesn't contain ready-made quests - you need to create them yourself!

Visual Example

Although Questlog was created to fill gaps I found in FTB Quests, it can certainly be used alongside that mod since they perform different tasks despite having similar goals.
