QuickFix Mod: Small Improvements for Minecraft

The QuickFix mod introduces a series of useful changes and fixes to the base version of Minecraft, making gameplay more balanced and realistic. All features can be enabled and disabled through in-game settings or configuration files.

Ore Generation Height Fix

In the original game, coal generates only up to height 131, and iron only up to height 67. This creates problems when using mods that alter the landscape or on maps with high mountains.

QuickFix Solution: Small coal clusters now appear at heights up to 250, and iron ore up to 200 units!

Sticks from Leaves

Tree leaves now have a chance to drop as sticks, making resource gathering in forests more logical and realistic.

Landscape Variety

The world becomes more interesting with larger deposits of sand, sandstone, and clay. This adds visual diversity to biomes and makes it easier to find construction resources.

Generation in Existing Chunks

One of QuickFix's key features is the RetroGen function, which allows updating already generated world areas. Ore will now appear in chunks you've already explored without the need to create a new dimension.
