Quiet Bosses

The Quiet Bosses mod is a client-side enhancement that completely blocks sound effects produced by bosses (except for the sound of skulls launched by the Wither).

This modification is particularly useful on public servers, as it prevents the sounds of Ender Dragon and Wither deaths from being distributed to all players who have installed this mod.

Usage in Mod Packs

You can freely include Quiet Bosses in your modpacks. Please credit the author AtlasTheFirst.

Advantage Over Bad Wither No Cookie?

The main difference is that Bad Wither No Cookie does not support version 1.7.10. The author no longer plans to support Quiet Bosses in versions beyond 1.7.10 because BWNC performs a similar function, making the existence of this mod unnecessary.
